Walking Taco (I've entered hyper-planning)

So, I've entered my hyper planning mode for our trip next month, which includes planning what I want to eat! I saw the Pretzel Dog, that's going on my list, but I really want a walking taco! Are those only sold at Christmas?
What are your go-to snacks?

Go-to snacks for us are:
Mountain Cookie
Original SDC frozen lemonade
Chocolate covered strawberry from Brown's Candy Factory
Apple dumpling
Funnel Cake (once in a while) - had the red velvet/oreo one back in the fall...VERY filling

Saw the Pretzel Dog being advertised on Facebook today, looked pretty good. I could be wrong, but the only time I remember seeing the Walking Taco's has been at Christmas.
