Where in the City? (2008 Season)
« on: July 29, 2008, 11:46:41 PM »
OK, so let's see how much your memories really do work.
I took a special series of pictures, yesterday, that may get you thinking.
I'll post the picture - You tell us where the item is located at SDC.
Here's the first one.  Go for it!

Well, off hand, I can't say that I know where that one's at.  I guess when you walk through the park day after day, you tend not to notice some of the things that guests might pick up on and say "hey, that's cool."  But I do see that there is a little competition for dental work in town.  I took this picture the other day--

One of those is on the path that runs between The Flooded Mine and Bummer and Lazarus.

Bum and Laz is correct!  That first sign is across the path from the Flooded Mine.  I must say that I need to make an appointment with I.B. Painless, though.  I like his prices.  Perhaps someone can tell me where his office is.  It's obviously a newer sign.  Is it in the Grand Expo somewhere?

Yah, I was thinking the same thing as I posted it.  Five bucks for a set of dentures is not bad, not bad at all.

Hey, Buff, it wasn't my intention to divert or horn in on your game; I just found the competition between dentists interesting.  But, the sign is not in the Grand Expo.  I'll tell you if you want to know, or entertain other guesses for a while.

You're perfectly welcome to horn in; the more, the merrier.  I just hope someone can get in there and identify the location of the I. B. Painless sign soon.  What structure has that red paint?

(Of course I know it, but I don't want to tell anybody. ;))

The train depot is that color, but I don't think the sign is there.

Oh... the giant swing!??

Not on the Giant Swing proper, but perhaps on the fence along the walk to it?

No, not in the GS area.  Actually, Belmont, you were closer with your first consideration.

This is a great game guys!  Here's one of my favorites, although some of you probably already know this one.

Way to go!!!  Perfect Swoosh!

Oddly, it was years before I happened to look on top of the Springhouse Restaurant to notice this, but it has since become one of my favorites.

I have no photo, but where can you find a sign advertizing "Fine Tunefull Banjos"?

We need to get the I. B. Painless sign now.  Zephon, are you saying it's near the depot?  That's awfully close to the other dentist.  Perhaps they have a clinic together.
