Tom and Huck’s RiverBlast

Tom and Huck’s RiverBlast is easily Silver Dollar City’s wettest ride. Passengers board rafts fitted with crank-action water cannons and slowly float through a long and winding canal filled with targets, effects, and lots of water fights with other rafts and observers on the shore.

RiverBlast is a Mack Splash Battle. At the time of it’s construction it was the biggest and most expensive ride of its type in the world.

RiverBlast was originally slated to open in 2009, but due to the economic slump and a sudden increase in the cost of materials, most HFEC capital expenditure projects were put on hold for year. The RiverBlast site sat dormant throughout the 2009 season, but opened without a hitch for the 2010 season.
