My wife and I loved a couple visits to Joe's Crab Shack at the landing, and Charlie's steak house on the strip has been rebuilt since the tornado, and I think it's open again. If you have not visited Titanic, I'd say do that...spend the bucks, and you get an admission discount if you hold a season pass.  Shows, well, I'm an old school guy, Baldknobbers and Presleys are high on my list. Also, Lake Queen and the Taneycomo version of Ride the Ducks, or maybe a ride on the excursion train downtown.

Reeds Spring Pizza is great for food and drinks, The Showboat at one time offered a free cruise for birthday goers... I go on my birthday just about every year, and we mix it up yearly, but I think the pizza will stick for a few years.

We finally tried Garfields at Landing last winter.  Both of us liked it.  If you sign up on their website, they will send you $5 off coupons, and I think they have a birthday offer.

Sandune, Happy Birthday (Of course we have every intention on being with you on Sunday).  My wifes Bday (Kathy) is celebrating another year getting younger on Monday. We also hit Branson right around her birthday every year.

Talking about food. If you feel like leaving SDC a bit early on Sunday and driving to Ozark. Lamberts gives free birthday meals (must be your actual birthday).  We are going home on Monday, we are going to swing by Lamberts on the way home and grab a free meal for her.  BTW-Lamberts closes at 9 PM so you wouldnt really have to leave SDC early.

Yes Joes Crab Shack does sound good too.

Happy Birthday Sanddune! We hopefully are trying to get to Branson the first weekend of May......see how things work out......Bob's been having some serious back issues, the docs say he can't work anymore....so it's early retirement.

SDR,
Driving by on Tuesday evening (6:00ish) I seen one of the ducks pulling out of the station. Didn't notice if it was loaded or not, but I think there were people milling around the station also. Kinda' makes me think they were open? Anyway, HB!

The ducks are now a separate company within HFE.
