A friend is there with his infant, toddler, and wife today. No way would I take my kids in such cold weather. Anyway, he said he'll be posting more photos after dark. I'll update with more photos later.

WOW! That's awesome!
We visited the park today. With all the snow it is gorgeous. You know it is cold when the steam from the train feels like tiny ice pellets when you ride through it. Most of the shops were closed. But many of the shows were still running. Saw It's a Wonderful Life. It was really good. I will post more later. This cold weather is aggravating my "arthur-itis" and its hard to type.. Talked to Terry Sanders. He said there were over 2,100 people on park today. Though the number was low. It was actually pretty good given the weather. Drove from St. Louis. The Interstates where clear as was 65. Branson is still pretty messy, though 76 from Branson to the city was passable. Hopefully we will get to go back tomorrow. But they are calling for more precip. so we will see.
And...most importantly, I was able to score the very last Apple Dumpling they had on sale. It was cold. But it was good and more importantly...it was mine!!! The victory was doubly sweet, since my last visit, they sold out and I couldn't get one.
I planned on posting the 200 I took yesterday, but left my phone cord at work...will try tonight/tomorrow...
tinman, that will be great!!.... I will quick begging for pics, so I know we have some coming...... ;D

Very nice! Thanks for posting!
Those are some great pictures.......thanks
Those are great! I love the format! How did you get them loaded like that? I've never been able to take a focused photo of that train.
I put them onto a hidden webpage, and then inserted the saved locations onto this page.
The train seems to be the only thing I can get to focus in the parade.

That can't be true. I used to post pictures by embedding them from Photo Bucket, but I finally just started using the second button above the emoticons in the reply window. It puts "img" and "/img" in the window (in brackets). Then I right click a picture from a webpage and click on "Save Image Location". In between the "img" and "/img" in the SDCFans reply window, I paste the image location and voila!
I forgot to post the picture of the lights in Marvel Cave. This was taken from the Liberty Bell, looking up at the top of the tower and entrance to the Cathedral Room.

Thanks for sharing both photos and info! I'll have to work on my "techie" skills. :D
