and then set all of the animals free and replace them with "virtual reality or animatronic displays." They say they have one very wealthy donor who would be willing to make a bid to Busch Entertainment for one SeaWorld park. This will never happen of course, and a Busch Entertainment spokesperson has called it for what it is: a publicity stunt. It's amusing nonetheless. Here's the link to the full article:

Universal also has a bid out for the Florida park which would give them quite a spread in Orlando.
^That would give them quite an Orlando spread.
I think now that InBev has bought out AB they will be selling off most of Busch Entertainment's holdings in order to cut costs.
If PETA treated Shamu like they do their pet adoptions, they better be looking for a mighty big dumpster!
PETA is a sham. I'm sure there are plenty of well-intentioned people involved with it, but the organization itself rarely seems to do anything that isn't part of a publicity stunt.
Let them.
Then when all those animals that were born in captivity die in the wild we can all point at PETA and say that they were the ones that killed them.
*of course they would say something stupid like "well at least they didn't die in captivity" *
