I know Thanksgiving weekend is crazy busy.  But how bad is the day before Thanksgiving?

What is Thanksgiving Day usually like? I noticed that it's a blackout on the coupons, but not PriceCutter Thursday's or BAF passes.

So is the 24, 25, and 26th likely going to be mad house crazy busy?  I fear it will be but the wife has plans for us to go that weekend with some friends so they can use our free passes. I am thinking about running up there this Sunday and just coming back the same day.  Surely it won't be that bad.
