I notice no one is crying out for Fireman's Cemetery, lol! That is one of the last remnants of the tongue and cheek old SDC that I barely notice myself anymore, but will miss. That particular brand of humor defined the park for the first few generations, but now it probably seems sacrilegious.

I like the history of the cemetery, be we got to the point that with the smoking area being right there, it made it unenjoyable. We haven't been able to make it down there the last few years so I don't know if that is still the case or not.

It looks like it is going to be awesome! I have to figure out a way to get down there for Pumpkin Nights and the Christmas festival.

I am not one to be discussing colors on account of being color blind, but I think it looks nice.

I was more referring to the forums...but it is a great site and I'll love it regardless so if it would require a lot of time to do please disregard my request.

Hi Shave,
I love this site as I've mentioned before...it's honestly the only forum I wii be part of. I really do miss the way the site used to look. It just seemed more rustic and fit the SDC theme better, in my opinion of course. The content of the site is great. Is there any way we could go back to the more rustic look? Or maybe it's just me...totally not complaining and I'll always be a "SDC Fan." Has anybody else ever asked for this? Again, just a thought on my part...maybe I'm just being petty..:I know this takes a lot of work and I appreciate you keeping the site up and running.
Thanks!!!

I enjoyed the article. Thanks for posting the link and thanks to all of you who have provided updates on the new project. It stinks that I haven't been able to make it out to Branson/SDC the last 2 years so your posts keep me updated on my beloved SDC.

Thanks for the update...getting excited about this for my visit next year.

I also do not like the trailblazer pass. While the option is available for everybody to purchase the pass, it's not really accessible to families on a budget. When we go to SDC and Branson we are already stretching it financially and there is no way bigger families like mine can afford to purchase that pass for every family member (we have a family of six). It also frustrates me when people can hop to the front of the line. Their time is no more valuable than mine or my family's. The trailblazer pass has always been a sore spot for me as well. SDC is a place for the family and if it gets too expensive because we have to buy trailblazer passes for each family member to get on the rides, we'll stop going.

I definitely like the wood background. Regardless of how the site looks, I love it and appreciate Shave's hard work. I'm definitely a SDC Fan fan...
