have not read favorable reviews of this from previous years...and concerned after dealing with the staff - very rude. I hope someone can offer something to make me feel better about this plan.

Is the preferred parking available to non season pass holders ? Can you leave and re-enter unlimited?

We are coming to the Christmas Festival with kids ages 10 to 4. Recommendations? We are booked for lunch with Santa - should start the day! Concerned the seated shows might be to long for them.
