Hmm I had a feeling this one wasn't gonna grab anyone. Tinman always surprises me, as do some of the others on here, but I think this one is gonna be out soon. Head towards the riverfront, maybe you'll have better luck down there....

Indeed it is outside the exit to the Playhouse...simply look and it is there. This is what happens when you go in the out door, you see things that people usually never see!!!!
