We typically go the weekend after Thanksgiving; and some years we have even been there Thanksgiving Day. I think this year we are going early, possibly November 4-7.

But I plan on going to OTC whenever Show Choir goes early in December Just because I graduated and not a part of the Show Choir anymore doesn't mean I can't stalk them !! Also because my best friends are seniors this year and I'm gonna go to hang out with them.

Then I'm going again sometime with my sister's boyfriend's grandma who love SDC just about as much as I do!

Just because that's the times I have planned doesn't mean I won't go more times.

We are going on Thanksgiving day and staying till that Sunday! Yay! Can't wait! We are staying at the Keeter Center and having Thanksgiving Lunch in the Dobyn's Dining Room then will head over to SDC when they open at 4. I'm so excited about not having to cook and clean-up this Thanksgiving and can just enjoy spending time with my family.

Sorry I've been a stranger around here lately. I started homeschooling my 5 year old son this year so all my spare time has been going into all my preparations for that!

We'll most likely be there that weekend as well. Usually stay at Table Rock State Park, it's normally our last camping trip of the year.

We are going during Christmas break, the days between Christmas and New Years.  Too hard to take our son out of school, so we have to wait until break time.  But it sure is a great way to end the year.

Just a note. IF you make it to branson for OTC, and really want to expierence christmas...  Ride the ducks!..

they go up the mountian, talk to santa and grandpa (reminds me of the frisco train), stop at dewey center for cocoa, and u get to see lights..  lasts about 1 1/2 hours, we went last year, and hope to do it again.

I will probably be going in December. Since I have a "Bring a Friend" pass that is good only for the month of December, I am thinking about treating my father to a free visit then.
