It was a heavy drizzle in the morning than just was good and 100% humid without rain the rest of the day.
It was enjoyable. Didn't get to do the stunt show U think it was rained out, I know that PowderKeg didn't run at all, I hope they fix the problem they have with that its a real shame that it cant run at all when its damp. Seems like a real waste of a good ride.
Had a great time and had a Apple Dumpling, ( it wasn't real hot) but I was still happy with it.

Just posted on the other thread, want to be sure you all have the update!

Ok the meeting went well but, corporate has decided to close HomeStay on 12/03 (last day of checkout will be 12/04). The Econo will stay open until 12/10 (checkout will be 12/11). We were hoping to have more input on this, should more interest come we can look at possibly another week open at Econo. I am working with the PTB's about a special rate again this year at Best Western Landing View, I am working to get the rate down, etc. Thank you all for the input received so far!

Parson, for some reason the hotel chain did not get tied into SDC for tickets this year.... something about the PTB sleeping on the job!!!! LOL.... anyway I think she can get tickets through All Access, but it is the same price as at the city itself.. 60.19 ea for adults....((I would assume that is the 2 of 1 price also.)).

I saw some talk on here about 25.00 tickets in the SDC times? maybe some one has an extra??

also keep in mind that if you go in after 3 you do get in the next day for free...that may or may not be any help..

Yep, I had to go to allacces, or one of those places. Can't remember which one. They had a 2 day ticket for one day price though.

Update: we can get the 2 days for the price of 1 at $60.19 (adult price). We went through All
Access this year as SDC no longer will deliver tickets to the places that sell them for them. You have to be able to pick them up at certain times on only two days a week so hard to determine needs at times. So, we decided to let All Access be our source and has been a wonderful deal. Have not let us down yet!

Wouldn't that be cool? Actually the thread for Eagles Lodge/HomeStay last year was viewed more but season not over yet!

The wonderful news is we have had more reservations this year at this time than last and that is just awesome! I know PTB love it which equals success and look forward to continuing to offer the special rate! Thank you all for your support!
