While on park on opening day, 2011, I took several photos of the Hospitality House Mural. While snapping away, one of the clerks at a cash register told me that over the winter as they refurbished the HH, some beams were removed so visitors could better see the mural. It looks good. The lady at the counter told me one guest walked in on opening day, stating "wow, look up there, they painted a mural over the winter!" So the mural looks good, and you can see it better than ever. I noticed the mural has three "themes" which are "the city," "the cave," and "early pioneers." Although I am not the greatest photographer, I hope you enjoy what I've posted on the Flickr site:

Upon reviewing the photos, I noticed when I enlarged them on Flickr, many were blurry. I apologize for this, as I didn't have a tripod with me, and almost every time I pushed the click button on the camera I wobbled. Anyway, go check out the mural in person, It looks better than ever.

Now, the most shocking thing about it is that no matter how "original" you think the mural is, it has clearly been retouched over the years...even covering his name up! (as evidenced below)
