In celebration of Opening Day on Friday we'll be having the Lumbercamp Skillet for dinner. Chances are good a trip to Hy-Vee will result in a 4-pack of Sioux City Sarsaparilla, too. (And if there is any apple pie left over from my annual Pi-Day pie I will have that with some cinnamon ice cream as dessert).
