I did some thinking on this.

First off, Runner, you call me out for the exact same thing you did.  You made it sound like if you didn't think this thing looks "meh" then (whomever disagrees with you) doesn't know what they are talking about.  I just offered an opposing viewpoint which gave support as to why that *might* not be the case.

Next, I don't have to be "right" all the time.  I hold back so much on here, just sometimes, some posters make it next to impossible to do so.  I try to let some posters run rampant with speculation and cock-a-manny ideas/theories.  Sometimes a post is just so over the top that I have to say something.  I work with kids 6-12th grade so forgive me if teacher mode kicks in automatically and I post a "REALLY?  No, seriously. REALLY?" response that is dripping in sarcasm.  If you've worked with that age group, you'll know what I mean.

Finally, if you think I'm bad, Runner, do yourself a favor and don't ever post on TPR, Coasterbuzz, and MiceChat.

Have a great day folks.

Swoosh, I love your blog. I think you know a lot. But when you start the fanboy stuff, it's Alveyesque. I still remember this when folks were speculating on Outlaw run with that track section that made everyone thing inversion I got a PM from you and it went something like this:

"I told you there wouldn't be an inversion."

That was in July last summer.

Anyways, folks can dream and have crazy ideas, some of them are based in things that actually exists in some form or another elsewhere. Anyways, I want extend to you an invitation to come for a refreshment in 2016 before or after the game.

I rode something similar to this at Opryland, many years ago.  I don't remember a lift hill, but obviously it got up there somehow.  It was smooooth.

At Opryland it was the Screamin' Delta Demon -- was one of my favorite rides! Would like for SDC to have something similar.

Forgot it was the 14 schedule not the 15 schedule. They may ship you to Little Rock with students gone and it just being Missouri. I don't do Little Rock games, I want nothing to do with the scene around War Memorial and the golf course with children in tow.

Here's a youtube clip of the old Opryland ride, it was metal though, like most still around.

So what you are saying is that the stadium will mainly be black and gold in either LR or Fayettenam?  Works for me

Ask Florida, Tennessee, and South Carolina how well we travel.  We basically took over the upper deck at Neyland.  Wow were we loud there.  It was awesome... their fans in the bottom bowl kept turning around and looking up at us when we would start the MIZ! cheer.

Yep, ol' Fayettenam will be black and gold when we come to town. :D :D :D

Oh and they're still not sure if this ride will be open this year, but it is much much closer than it ever has been
