New poll from SDC

I was wondering if anyone else has gotten the email survey about which band to have at Silver Dollar City for the end of the Bluegrass & Barbeque Festival. The choices were Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Pure Prairie League, Poco, and Firefall. I voted for Nitty Gritty Dirt band first, and Pure Prairie League second. I saw the Dirt Band there last year and enjoyed it a lot, there was a huge crowd for them in Echo Hollow. There was also a few questions about which new show to have at the Harvest Festival.

yea, dirt band was great last year. i wish they could bring in more traditional stuff though...im a huge skaggs fan, ide be happy if he came to sdc every year

^I like Skaggs and Dirt Band as well. It'll be interesting to see who they get this year.

BTW, SDC Forever, I had the username sdcforever (pretty close, huh?) so I changed my display name. I've been on here long enough, it was time for a change!

I received the same survey. A lot of the choices for the Bluegrass BBQ Festival didn't appeal to me. The National Harvest Festival choices were a little better.

I'm not really sure how to get the surveys, but I have been a season pass holder for a long time and have gotten these email surveys over the years. Being a season pass holder may factor into it.

In the past, there have been surveyers on property who have asked questions. At some point, they may have asked for contact info, but I'm not sure if that's how we get the surveys.

I did not receive this survey, but that may be because I have not made it to this particular festival. In that case, it could be linked to the season passes.

You give them your email when you fill out a season pass. You can also sign up for email surveys on the park's contact form.

Any news on a concert? We are planning on a trip next weekend and I was hoping for a concert Dirt Band concert:)
