Sign near Jesse James Motel? 1960's

We are new to this forum and a friend linked us to this. We love the history of this area.

Looking at an old pic - On the same side of the street there is a sign that possibly has a bird on it. And across the street from that is a sign that seems to start with an R and ends with an S. Just curious, anyone know what those were?

I know Agape from another forum. I think the picture is on page 27 of Jerry Madsen's book "Branson - A Time Line History".

Yes, the Masden book shows the Jessie James Motel sign, a color picture of the sign is in the book BRANSON COUNTRY THEMES AND NEON DREAMS by Leland and Crystal Peyton, page73.
