I have a 3 yr old and an 11 month old and considering coming to Midnight Madness mainly because it would be cooler.  Would there honestly be anything for them to do?  Is Splash Harbor and that area open?  Any kid sections?  Or should I just pass?  I am a season pass holder... have been for years.. so it's not like this is my only chance to come.  Just looking for some insight.  Never been to MM.  TIA.

Splash Harbor is gone, but Geyser Gulch (the place with all the foam ball cannons) is still there. GE has a couple of rides set up specifically for kids of that age as well. And of course, new this year is Half-Dollar Holler, an area specifically designed around kids 3-7 which includes a massive tree fort, sand play area, and two more small rides for kids.

You can also take your kids on the train and on the Flooded Mine, which as you probably know are gentle rides.

All in all, there's a fair amount for toddlers and young kids to do.

Right.  My question is... will all of this be open during the MM hours?

Yes!  All the rides and attractions of a normal SDC day are available during MM.
