I was thinking about making a quick trip to the city tomorrow and the weather is saying 100% chance of rain.  I bet that keeps a lot of people away tomorrow.

Yes it always does. Even just the threat of rain keeps a lot of people away. Perfect time to really enjoy the city.

Not so much...it's been raining off and on since early morning.  Forecast calls for clearing to mostly sunny this afternoon.

I ended up not being able to get over there as I had some projects that I did not get finished Saturday that I had to do.  I always like going over when its going to be rainy or cold.  The crowds are way down.
