Has anyone ever done a class at the Culinary School during Christmas, or at any other time of the year, for that matter? We were thinking about giving it a shot for the first time, this year.

My wife has done several, but not at OTC.  The recipes have been well worth the money; the joy she gets out of the class is bonus!
