My family is considering going to White Water on the next trip down this month.

Reviews online make it sound like it's always busy and hard to find chairs.

No way in heck I'm spending extra on a cabana, so what are the odds of getting chairs with umbrellas if we're there right at open?
Also, there's always different stuff online about bringing small coolers.  What is the policy, really?

I have never had a problem getting a lounge at opening. That being said there is a disclaimer on the website about reservations may be nessecary on Saturday's the rest of the summer.
