Many of you know from time to time I publish freelance articles in regional periodicals. A story taken from a SDC press release with a photo I took on opening day at the park is about Half Dollar Holler. I wrote the little piece back in March for an April release, but it was delayed until the July/August issue of Life in the Ozarks. The online magazine can be viewed at the Website listed here. Two of my articles are in this edition, one under feature stories tab about lost treasures in the Ozarks. Under the Traveling the Ozarks tab you will find the short piece on Half Dollar Holler. Hope you like them:

Thanks to everyone for the kind comments. I have submitted a big article with several photos on the history of the Shepherd of the Hills Homestead that I hope will run in the next edition of LITO (Life in the Ozarks) and will make a post when that is published.

Very nice Junior. I have it on my bucket list to be in print in a periodical/ magazine, I guess I cannot be in, if I don't try huh?

Looking forward to that one.
