Do they sell this at SDC?

Okay so I would stock up on this product if they have it available......think about how the bags are designed, and imagine it as wrapping paper. How awesome to do all your christmas gifts via SDC wrapping paper!??!?!?!

Haha! I do that anyway! I always have tons of SDC bags, so I use them for the tissue paper you put in gift bags, I use them as the gift bags themselves, and as wrapping paper! No need for them to go to waste! For the past couple of years, everytime somebody gets a gift from me, it's in SDC bags!

I also do that! I love wrapping presents in the bag-paper...Especially if I bought the item at SDC!

Interesting. Perhaps Silver Dollar City is missing out on a great merchandise marketing idea by not selling just the paper bags.

can u ask for an extra bag when purchasing an item? and for that matter can u just ask for a bag at random stores??? or is that a little weird?

We too wrap presents in SDC bags!
and Trams: I have asked for bags at certain stores before, and they have gladly given me some. Especially when we have several small bags we are carring around, we ask if we can have one large one, they usually don't mind.

Yeah, but to get one of those bags for free, you have to buy something more expensive. If they could just sell the bags for cheap, then we wouldn't have to buy the more expensive merchandise.

My lunch group made placemats for themselves (go figure teachers making cute placemats for lunch!) and theirs have their favorite foods, sickers, cartoon character cut-outs...

I (at 1/2 way through the year) finally gave in and made my placemat.

It is a large SDC bag cut open to lay out flat, then cut to size, that I had laminated! I have used it 2 days and it has made me smile both lunch periods!
