Just curious- anyone else on the site here a practicing martial artist?  This October I will have been a black belt in Kempo Karate for 34 years.  I haven't been to a class in forever but almost every morning I go out in the backyard and punch and kick the heavy bag.

2nd degree black belt in Songhon Taekwondo thur American Taekwondo Association headquatered in Little Rock
SDC has always made a great past to remember

I have joined that elite club as well.
