I could see maybe a AA baseball team moving in, but don't they already have that in Springfield?

Yes, Texas League Springfield Cardinals and there was an independent team called the Ozark Ducks that called it quits when Springfield got it's team.

I got no clue as to what use Price Cutter Park is today:

SWOOSH

That park kinda reminded me of Jackson Tenn's AA Southern League stadium. Here's a pic of it along with the city's ballfield complex. It was done right.

Ah, Pringles Park (or used to be).

Texarkana has several baseball complexes. There's the Swaenger Sportsplex in Spring Lake Park, where they've hosted the Dixie Youth World Series, but the college/pro field sits idle now. The college stopped all sports programs, and the Continental League folded.

Besides amusement Parks and rides, I'm completely fascinated by ballparks, arenas and stadiums. I really like the new ballpark at Sugarland TX. Has a pool, water play area, dry interactive play area , playground, and mini carousel all in left field

Wow, that ballpark has something for the whole family! I suppose it is a great way to keep the kids preoccupied during a game. :)

I could easily see someong trilling that with a water play structure like the one in Grandcountry or Frontier City and a lazy river and calling it Rain Delay Waterpark.

"Rain Delay waterpark" has a nice ring to it. You should trademark it....
