I've been doing this weird thing where I take old abandoned theme parks and come up with concepts for how the land could be redeveloped.

For Celebration City I came up with a Lost Island theme based on an abandoned island where Amelia Earhart has crashed and found the fountain of youth and decided to set up a town to live in for her eternal life. Ideas include a launched wing coaster and a ride identical to Fire-in-the-Hole but with pirates taking over the island. But my idea also included a hotel, indoor water park, and shopping center with theaters and such.

My only question is, what rides are left in the park. All I see is Wildcat.

They pretty much sold off all the rides and attractions or moved them to other parks. Wildcat will stay where it is until torn down, it's just to difficult to move the track. I understand the Wildcat cars were moved to another park. Pete Herschend said in an interview the property will be redeveloped when the highway infrastructure to the west of the park is upgraded. No one knows how long that will be. Likely, from what I've seen on threads here, is that CC will be redeveloped with a mix of rides and attractions, shows, hotel, aquarium, shopping, restaurants, and so on. However, that could change at any time. Everything at CC is on hold for the meantime, and emphasis is placed on the operating properties.

Where have I heard these ideas before? ;D

Last I checked, they just have the shot tower, Mack supersplash, OzCat, and the flying carpet. Not sure why the flying carpet is still there, but I don't think they are going to be able to find a buyer for the shot tower and supersplash. You can get better water rides for cheaper, and everyone already has a shot tower.
