Talented actor, Phillip Seymour Hoffman has died. Early reports say a drug overdose in his NYC apartment. Very talented gent, sad way to go.

Couldn't tell you a movie he was in until my wife mentioned a few I have never seen. It is however unfortunate for anyone to go too soon, especially at the cause of an addiction.

From what I understand they found him dead with the needle still in his arm. Drugs are bad, y'all.

He was in Twister and the hubs says he was in Captain Phillips (I'm not sure about that one.)

Google him. You will see under Wikipedia his credits. They are impressive. Boogie Nights, The Master, the Truman Capote flick got him an Oscar.

Harold Ramis...Stripes, Ghostbusters...Stealing Home, and other films, is dead at 69. Really a good actor, good sense of humor in the comedy roles he was in, good serious actor. too.

Groundhog's Day is a Classic, an all time great. So much hidden meaning to that movie.

Comedian Tim Wilson died of a heart attack at 52.

He wasn't as famous as some of the other redneck comics, but he was brilliant.

Audrey Meadows passed in 1996. It was Sheila MacRae who just passed; she played Alice Kramden from 1966-70, when it was "The Jackie Gleason Show".
