NEW RULES PLEASE READ
Since a lot of the times people know the answer but are "late" to answering where the photo is we are going to try a new system which will be in affect as of now. 

Instead of posting the answer here in the thread, if you have a guess you will send your guess to me in a PM.  All correct answers in before the deadline will receive the point.  Only one guess per round.  If you have any questions you can also PM that to me as well.

I thought I knew every light/lamp in the park, I know where some are similar, but the bases are not as large as the ones in the photo.Grrrrrr.....

It almost looks as if they are hanging from a defunct flume that has filled with enough earth to support vegetation.

No it's just a beam with moss on it and some ivy growing on it as well.
The trees should give this one away.
