All I have to say is GOOD FREAKING NIGHT!

It burned down in 2005, only took them 9 years to re-open.
You have a great past just ahead of you.

I know! We kept hearing rumors that it was almost complete...then he would start over.

I don't know how true the rumors were though.

Either way, looks like they did a lot more than just rebuild the restaurant.

It's still stunning and I'm going to play it in the fall. Now he's redoing themail lodging at Dogwood Canyon and the big project in Memphis at the Pyramid

Gilligan

I confused.  Is this the golf course that he recently purchased in Branson?  Murder Rock - or something like that?

Top of the Rock is by Big Cedar. He has owned that for years. He bought the Branson Creek/Murder Rock golf courses which have been renamed Buffalo Ridge.

Whoa, when did that happen? I was in a wedding in September and it was still Murder rock then.  (I don't play golf, so I don't exactly keep track of the course names around here lol).
"Red Flanders, you come back in here and put on your pants!" "Well Sadie, I ain't got no pants no more. The dang Baldknobbers stole 'em!"

He made the purchase in November 2013.

Looks to me like that is located just south of the clubhouse/restaurant/museum building.. Will be interesting to see more pictures and details.

Now I am reading and hearing that the PTB there think/hope there may be a large, undiscovered cavern..
WOW!! Maybe they can make another money pit of an attraction out of the hole in the ground. ;D
Only Johnny Morris, could spend milions of dollars on a project, have a sinkhole show up in the middle of it, then make money on it...  LOL.!!

I don't think tourist caves rake in big bucks, but if it becomes part of the golf course, with a hole inside the cave, now that's thinking outside the box.  I've always thought golf should come with creative hazards like in minigolf anyway.

Hole in sinkhole?  Hmm?

Maybe, But I went to the top of the rock cave tour last summer, 20 bucks per person, you drive a gold cart, takes about an hour..  4 people per cart, 7 or 8 carts per hour.  Oh?  did I mention the drive through bar ( yes bar) in the cave...

All that might add up a little...
