Never heard of it. Where Is it located...

Since If your looking for a motel to stay at..  You should consider Classic Motor Inn.  Several of us here stay here throughout the year, and have done so for over 3 years.  As a SDCFans members we get a reduced rate of only 38.00 per night. any night, AND they are open all year long. No winter shutdown.
Rooms are updated,
Flat screens in some of the rooms
Pillowtops are available.
Wi-Fi of course.
Very nice continental Breakfast, pancakes, French toast, waffles,  Biscuits  and Gravy, toast, cereals, juices, Pretty nice little spread.
You might give them a try..

Call Katy at 417-334-6991, Make sure you identify yourself as a SDCFan member. The rate is special for us.

Isn't the Homestead the motel on 76 where Joel Manby stayed when he was on Undercover Boss? I think it is closer to US 65, same side of the road as the Baymont, Godfathers Pizza, etc.

I found Homestead on Tripadvsior, has good reviews, but only 27 people have left reviews? that's odd, They are rated #57 in Branson.. that's a good number.. thought I would look it up since I hadn't heard the name before.

Classic is rated #34 with 159 reviews,.

I noticed Homestead is locally owned, I forgot to mention the Classic owners are Local and actually live on site..  As well as the Manager (Katy) also lives on site..

Will you please stop talking about Classic Motor Inn!

Will you please reign in your aggressive attitude?

What? There are more hotels/motels than Classic Motor Inn in Branson and many are better. This site is a place to talk about SDC and Branson, not a commercial for Classic Motor Inn.

Not trying to be offensive or argumentative but Sanddune has as much right to discuss the Classic Motor Inn as you do the "Castle" and other things you bring up on this site. He is a very respected and appreciated member. He makes positive contributions and I enjoy reading all his posts, including his posts about Classic Motor Inn. It is much appreciated that he finds good, cheap places to stay that give SDC Fans member discounts.

@ Gilligan & Josh,  Thanks guys!

@ Laroy,
Typically I only post about Classic Motor Inn on that thread,
But In this thread a member was asking for "opinions". Exactly what I was doing.!
opinions with details and facts on Classic Motor Inn and Homestead that I have,,
There are several of us that stay at the Classic Motor Inn,
Oh wait you didnt hear me right?  Yes we stay at The Classic Motor Inn,
Since we enjoy staying at The Classic Motor Inn,
We all like to the reduced rates we get at Classic Motor Inn,
Therefore we like to share the info about Classic Motor Inn with everyone..
ESPECIALLY if they ask for it.

SO please check that teenage attitude at the door when on this forum..

Thank you,

I know you stay there, but dont do commercials all the time, change the subject to it, or talk about it when nobody asks. So check that at the door! This is supppst to be about Homestead, so please stay on topic.

History Buff

^^I will allow it.  SDR is on topic in showing a contrast between the two hotels.
