I feel like you're very close. I'm pretty sure it's the main building on FM, where the orange pipe goes into it (the larger main part of the structure, not the further up tower thing where the orange pipe also goes into it horizontally); what we see in this pic is a bit of the square frame where the orange pipe connects to the building - there's a door hinged on the left of this frame.

It seems they modified this structure when they took out the tower. The orange pipe is shorter, and the wood slats on the building are moved a bit - as if they shortened the width of this structure.
