I think they have lanterns like this by Outlaw Run, so I'm going to guess either right outside the OR station entrance or gift shop entrance area.

And are there any rules with these Easter Eggs? Like if a topic hasn't been posted in for a certain amount of time is it ineligible to have an Easter egg?
