Yep.  This is my 9th year as Director of Bands.
We just finished Music Contest Season so forgive me if I am a little more loopy than normal -- I'm not use to this whole "having a life at night" thing.  Like for example, I had time to go run tonight after school. WHAT?!?!  Exercise!?!?  What's that.

I agree Band Camp will be here before I know it.  I don't even want to think about having to write drill yet.  That's a July thing.  (Camp is the last two weeks of July for me)

Are you a high school director or college? I'm in percussion for concert band, so drumline for marching band, and bass in jazz band.

Every male band director is a trumpet, if you haven't noticed.
