Another fun fact, that many are aware of, Marvel Cave is actually owned by The College of the Ozarks and Branson Presbyterian Church, and leased by HFE.

Apparently this is no longer true. On our cave tour last week the guide said that the purchase of the actual park land closed last year. Also, if you look at GIS, the park now shows as owned by Silver Dollar City LLC and the parking lots and some land surrounding the park is listed as being owned by Section 29, LLC and it's address is C of O.

However, the park parcel is still listed as C of O and the church on the property tax site. The parcel with the parking lot and surrounding land isn't found when searched on the property tax site. It could be because 2025 taxes aren't posted on it.
