That is tremendous news. Years ago there was serious concern over HFEC's ability to grow the SDC market. Now it seems their biggest challenge is building up their infrastructure fast enough to handle the deluge of crowds. The only reason they didn't break through 2.2 million and beyond is that they had to turn people away on some days. The fear of massive crowds now is also starting to work against them as many are saying they'll never visit on a Saturday again...

It doesn't hurt to have two very healthy and growing MSAs on your doorstep.

Well it's not so much the turnstiles count that's important.  It's the in park spending, which was also at record levels this year

entry fees are all good, 
but the food,
drinks,
and souvenirs.....   

thats where the real money is. ;) ;)

average spent per person?   Any guesses? what?   30-40 maybe per person?  More or less?

Not all profit, Of course the overhead is huge too!

Yes PNL is a large number too, but utilities have gone down with some of the upgrades.

@ Swoosh..  your in the know on this kind of stuff, year to  year and park to park...

money spent per person..?  person not family?.    your thoughts/guess?
