Bout time for the Super Bowl!!!  GO CARDINALS!!!!!!!
"Why do they call them Wild Women?"

Wow.  What a crazy first half.  The final play of the first half is going to go down in Super Bowl History -- that was truely amazing.

^That was crazy.  It's a close game.  AZ gets the ball to start the 2nd half and I feel it's important that they score, even a field goal.  If they don't and PIT comes back and scores a touchdown that will be a very difficult deficit to overcome.

I hope everyone got entered for the free 7-day tickets to Universal Orlando.
If you missed the commercial before the game, it is probably too late to enter now.
The first 100,000 people entered got the passes.

Wow, what a game!  AZ has no reason to hang their heads.  They played tough but it just wasn't enough.

Zephon

It was a great game.  I wish the Cards could have won it, but...oh well.  They did great just to get there.  Go Cardinals!

It was a good game. I was hoping for overtime.

Perhaps one of the best Super Bowl games of all time.
Very exciting to watch

Happy Groundhog Day everyone! ;D  Go ahead and watch all of the great movies about this wonderful holiday.  Which would be, ummmm...one.  Yeah, there's only one.  Watch "Groundhog Day" today! :)

Here's the official prediction of Punxsutawney Phil:

Phil's official forecast as read February 2nd, 2009 at sunrise at Gobbler's Knob:

"Hear Ye Hear Ye

On Gobbler's Knob this glorious Groundhog Day, February 2nd, 2009

Punxsutawney Phil, Seer of Seers, Prognosticator of all Prognosticators

Awoke to the call of President Bill Cooper

And greeted his handlers, Ben Hughes and John Griffiths

After casting a joyful eye towards thousands of his faithful followers,

Phil proclaimed that his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers were World Champions one more time

And a bright sky above me

Showed my shadow beside me.

So 6 more weeks of winter it will be."

And here's a couple of photos from the event.

^Not so much for me, though. It's going to be 70 in my area this weekend.

^Same here.

As for the Super Bowl, it was a great game. I liked last year's better though. I was rooting for the Cardinals in this one. Larry Fitzgerald is a BEAST.

Mizzou at Texas tomorrow night.  I think we can do what K-State just did!  Who's with me? 8)

After Missouri's performance against Baylor this past weekend, I think that they will be just fine.  Texas is really overrated if you ask me.  We'll just have to see which Missouri team shows up tonight.  I am hoping it is the one that has a high shooting percentage from the floor.

I know from past posts that there are some Jars of Clay fans on here.  Their new album, "The Long Fall Back to Earth", will be available April 7.  Here's a youtube clip of a promo for the new NBC show "Kings" featuring the new Jars song "Hero" (which will be available on iTunes soon):  http://br.youtube.com/watch?v=u5c1Vr1fcZI.

And below is a link to listen in full to the new single "Two Hands" (it won't hit radio for another three weeks or so).  I like the song a lot; it sort of has a U2ish sound to it with the electric guitar and soaring chorus.  Being a U2 fanatic myself, that's a good thing! ;D
