I think it's just not possible for them to remain in business:  if the lawsuits (really, can a million dollars replace a person?) don't eat the business alive, the insurance companies won't want to touch them.

I never did ride them. To many sketchy accidents in other locations over the years.
BTW. Herschend is named in the lawsuits too. They are the ones who stretched the ducks out and replaced the original pumps with undersized ones.
