I am awarding half a point to oklasdcfan for hitting the area correctly, and I will give another half point to the first to be more specific.  I am also penalizing rube for being incorrect.  Just kidding. ;)

ok..  I think it is where you go over to look at the water wheel and the Slow Tom Mill (Plumping Mill).

AWW, I got excited there for a second, just kidding rube, I'm going to beat you fair and square.

You'll get your shot soon enough! I'll be spending a few weeks of the summer in the mountains and at the beach trying to finish my summer projects. Mostly writing and artwork, but still, I need some time away from distractions to get some stuff done. But You never know Some other fan might give you a run for your money!

SteamFreak

DISTRACTIONS??? Well, I never... That's it boy's we're just a bunch of distractions, fine rube, go...go and be un-distracted

rubedugans

Don't go gettin' your feathers all in a bunch Steam! You'll hear about it soon enough Steam, ALL OF YOU WILL AND I MEAN IT WHE..... Wait that just sounds hateful and mean. I didn't mean for it to come out like that. DO NOT WORRY THIS IS NOT A THREAT!! ;D I am just in the middle of 3 books (writing, not reading) and after my mandatory stops to SDC, I am off to use my summer away from teaching to do some much needed writing & artwork/photo shoots. I will only be home enough to do the yard mullet (thats when you cut the front yard, and let the back yard grow by the way) and then I will leave again for somewhere else. Summers are always a busy time, but always so enjoyable. I will not be totally absent from the forum, just giving you that little glimmer of hope Steam ;).

Oh I see, well at the very least It'll give me time to get my post count higher than yours.

You picked up the other half-point.  I'm impressed.

^rube, I also have a few books going - none published, but if I apply myself...

Maybe we can pool resources, and actually get some publishing done huh?

What kind of writing are you doing?  I have several projects started, but am currently working toward completing my third manuscript for intermediate-aged children.  I usually tinge things with historical backgrounds.

But I digress...

Here's number 17:

2 Coffee table Books-Artwork and Photography (not literally of Coffee or Tables of course!), and one history of regional Missouri. I had one primary kids book a year or two ago that was almost finished, then I scrapped it in hopes to redo ALL of the artwork myself. If you don't like the way things are done...well firstly you must be a perfectionist like me, and secondly, do it yourself, even though this probably means you will never get these things done unless you force yourself! I will give you all a holler when they are complete for preview purposes if you'd like!

And my guess is the "Horse" Bridge  (the bridge that makes horse noises) near Browns Candy and the Glass Blower? (Am I right this time?)

tinmann620

If you're (most likely) right, I think I was crossing the bridge about the time you were answering the post!  LOL  It was a beautiful, but very crowded day.

One more week and I'll be doing the same! My parents were crossing that very same bridge today too.
