Ahh yes the cheese jokes! I cannot tell you the grumbling from us workers after pouring nearly 900lbs of cheese-a photographer would say "say cheese...or say nacho cheese" ugghhh I might lay off cheese for a while! nearly 70% of the nachos were consumed at $1 a plate to raise money for the local LINK Kitchen-a food pantry/ meal provider 5-6 days a week for the needy. Seems a bit counter productive to make 2.5 tons of food...to raise money...to feed people (thats a bit of circular logic for ya!).
