I agree that the Woodcarvers Shop is the obvious guess...a little too obvious!   ;)  To me, something about it suggests the Hospitality House!

I think thats more of a "know" than a "guess"!!! Yes it is the Apple Butter Shop-The former Ellison Basket Works. This door is inside leading to...who knows where it leads to...it was produced by Valley Road, but does not reside there.
