It's adjacent to the tintype shop...just prior to going under the railroad tracks into the Riverfront area. Across from the saloon.

junior's probably right, but at first glance I thought of that corner by the Opera House close to the exit to Fire in the Hole and the giant cookie stand.

It is in front of the homestead like tinaalsgirl stated! Many have sat here listening to stories, or the pickers...The water is from the sprinkler set up at the edge of the kids area for kids fest.

I agree. I believe the sprinkler with the visible hose is very 1980's instead of 1880's.

Bury the hose and put a mister or sprinkler head on the end, sticking out of the corner of the garden. Problem solved. Was that so hard?
