I don't know about you guys but I just don't remember seeing this at the park.  It's hard to tell just how big the barrel is.  It don't look that big but maybe those leaves are bigger than they look.  We all have seen a million barrels at SDC but I just don't remember one with the word nails on it  .

In fact these barrels reside outside the Riverfront Playhouse-PAST the bathrooms-Before the smoking area-ACROSS from the Dockside Grill. So your guess was right Pintrader! You were the first to even mention the playhouse so it is yours! AND IT IS ALL TIED UP!
