I'm gonna guess it's somewhere near American Plunge; that bridge in the back looks like it's from that area.

EDIT: To clarify, the bridge looks like the one just north of the knife shop.

Looks like the stream that goes down along Hill Street. It appears to be about halfway up the hill.
